Commodities

Commodity markets are markets for commodities or commodity groups formed according to production or consumer characteristics. These groups include non-ferrous metals, precious metals, energy resources, forest products, and a whole group of agricultural products of plant and animal origin.
Commodity markets are practically not regulated by any specialized government agencies but are subject to organizations in their countries that exercise control over trading on commodity exchanges or when concluding certain types of fixed-term contracts.
